Kendall Qualls may not have an ice cream truck with his name festooned on it like his opponent, but he has recently hit a greater pinnacle. He was interviewed on August 12 by former KSTP radio commentator and true St Paul institution, Joe Soucheray. Soucheray’s Garage Logic was a famous radio program for over 25 years, with his unique common-sense perspective on Twin Cities events and “names in the news”. He and his compatriots now hold forth on a commercial podcast.
