Get Out the Vote phone calls – Starting immediately. Congressional District 3 has opened a phone center in Plymouth, located at 3131 Fernbrook Lane, Suite 101. SD 49 and SD 50 have jointly been allotted November 03 to make phone calls. November 5-8 have been dedicated for Get Out the Vote calls.
