Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republican Party of Minnesota and pursuant to the 2016 Call for Republican Party Basic Political Organizational Unit (BPOU) conventions issued by the Republican State Executive Committee, the Senate District 49 Convention is hereby called to meet at:

The Senate District 49 Convention shall be composed of the delegates and alternates elected at the precinct caucuses on March 1, 2016 designated as lying within the boundaries of House Districts 49A and 49B.

DeleThe Senate District Convention shall be held for the purpose of:

• Consideration of endorsement of Representatives from House District 49A and 49B
• Election of Delegates, First Alternates, and Second Alternates to the Third Congressional District Convention and the Fifth Congressional District Convention
• Election of Delegates, First Alternates, and Second Alternates to the Republican Part of Minnesota State Convention
• Adoption of Resolutions
• Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the convention

Delegates and Alternates:  The pre-registration fee (received by Wednesday, April 6) is $25.  Payments taken at the door will be $35. 

To qualify for the pre-registration rate, either

• Register and pay on-line (CLICK HERE), or
• Send the fee to SD49 Republicans, PO Box 390333, Edina, MN 55439-0333   

Guests/Observers:  The pre-registration fee (received by Wednesday, April 6) is $8.  Payments taken at the door will be $10.
