Propel the Campaigns Up to the Next Level!

While our candidates have been working hard for months, Labor Day marks the transition to the “big push” by the campaigns.  We need to do all that we can do to help them. 

SD49 REPUBLICAN PRECINCT LEADERS MEETING:  Tuesday August 30, 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm at the Durham Apartments at 7201 York Ave, Edina meeting room (specific directions follow below).

Our candidates will need help with block walking, literature drops, lawn signs and getting out the vote.  We know that you can’t do it all by yourself, but will work with you to find and approach additional volunteers within your precinct. 

Working together, we can win in November.  Some time will be required on your part and if we work smartwe can keep it to a reasonable commitment. 

We are trying to locate meetings in different parts of our Senate District.  This meeting is being held at the Durham Apartments at 7201 York Ave in Edina.  This is located between the Southdale YMCA (on the south) and the Southdale library and Senior Center (on the north).  There is a roundabout in York Ave right in front of 7201 York.  If you are coming from the south, the entrance to the Durham Apartments is right as you enter the roundabout.  If you come from the north, go around the roundabout and turn into the apartment complex. 

Park in the back of the building.  There is a road on the north side of the building which leads to the back parking lot.  The meeting room is just off the lobby in the main entrance of the building.  If you park in the back lot, there is a path in the back through a picnic area with gas grills.  You will see Republican signs to show you which door to enter.
