Please come with your family and friends for a fun filled day and join other Twin Cities Republicans to march in the Edina Fourth of July Parade. Let's join together to celebrate our history, culture, and most of all our Independence!
We hope to have a large showing to remind people in our community that American history and tradition are still valued and Republicans are still represented and thriving in our town of Edina and beyond. Friends from SD50, SD46, and Minneapolis BPOU plan to march. Others welcome to join as well.
If you want to join us and march with friends and family in the parade please see the RSVP box at the bottom of this page. After the parade, we will be gathering at a local park or nearby backyard (address to be announced) after the parade with light refreshments. Please let us know if that is something you would be able to help with at ideas@sd50gop And, if you are able to donate to our efforts, please do so with the donation link below.
Wear RED TEE shirts, or one of your BPOU’s choosing, to unify all Senate Districts Represented, and other patriotic colors/clothing/hats/jewelry/shoes/etc. Bring your friends. We will provide candy to hand out to the kids watching the parade. One of our SD50 members is busy decorating a wagon and getting our treats ready for the parade! Thank you! We have a banner to carry, and will have an antique car, and maybe a float...
Please help us by marching, donating, or both! We also need people to watch the parade and cheer us on. We want to show our community that Republicans are the MAJORITY. Most likely more than half if we all get out and VOTE! All are welcome!

WILLSON ROAD: Willson Rd at Eden Ave. will close to traffic at 8:00 a.m. If you plan to drop a vehicle at your line up location, you must either do so before 8:00 a.m. or enter the line up area from the South.
IT’S A PARADE: That means that you will arrive and wait around. Please bring plenty of water for yourself and your group. And enjoy visiting with those around you. You will meet some great folks who are also waiting for the parade to start.
CLEAN UP: Please be sure to pick up your refuse. We appreciate it!
BIFFS: Portable rest rooms will be located in a variety of locations along the parade staging area.
